Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a reservation?  To reserve a cabin, please call us at 406-226-9143 (from May 1 - Oct 15).  During the winter season (Oct. 16 - Apr. 30), call us at 406-378-2414.  You are welcome to email us at info@trlodge.com

Do you take a deposit?  Yes, approximately 30 days before your scheduled arrival, we will take a 50% deposit (or a one night's stay, which ever is larger).  If making group reservations, deposits are taken 60 days in advance.

Do you allow smoking?  No.

Do you allow pets?  No.  For the health and safety of our guests and the abundant wildlife in the area, we maintain a no-pet policy.   **For those traveling with service animals, arrangements must be made in advance, and must be declared at check-in.**

What time is check-in/check-out?  Check in is between 3 PM and 8 PM.  Check out is anytime before 11 AM.  If you will be arriving late/early, please give us a call.

Do you provide Amtrak pick-up?  This can vary.  Because Amtrak is often extremely late arriving, we can only provide limited  pick-up.  If the train arrives before 9 PM, we can provide pick-up.  We recommend guests arrange for their rental car at time of arrival.  

Do we need bear spray for visiting Glacier National Park?  While it is not required, it is always a good idea to carry bear spray while hiking in Glacier National park.  Bear spray may be purchased any many business in town and we also have it available.  If you do not want to purchase it, we do have a rental option.

Do you offer any specials or discounts?  We do have early/late season specials.  If you are planning to come prior to June 16 or after Sept. 15, we do have discounts available.  We do not offer other discounts at this time, preferring to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone.
